Trial Advocacy

Trial advocacy is the art of effectively presenting a case in a courtroom. It requires a unique blend of legal acumen, strategic thinking, and persuasive communication. As an experienced advocate, I excel in this crucial aspect of legal practice.  I understand that trials can be complex, emotional, and demanding. That's why I combine legal expertise with a keen understanding of human nature to distill complex issues into clear, compelling arguments. Whether it's crafting a persuasive narrative or cross-examining a witness, I am steadfast in my commitment to achieving the best possible result for my clients.

In the arena of trial advocacy, success is not solely measured by legal knowledge, but also by the ability to engage, persuade, and ultimately, to prevail. With a proven track record of success in the courtroom, I stand ready to be your advocate, providing you with the confidence and assurance needed during this critical phase of legal proceedings.

Conflicts Counsel / Local Counsel

I serve as both conflicts counsel and local counsel for Louisiana lawsuits. Larger firms often have conflicts and choose bigger clients over smaller clients to resolve them. By limiting my practice size, Iā€™m able to accept conflicts cases, and serve as local counsel for one-off type lawsuits.
